Nick Yzzi, Owner

Nick grew up in the Norristown area and has been a resident of Harleysville for over 30 years. He has been a CPA for 30 years and was a former IRS agent in the Philadelphia District. 
 
Nick provides tax, accounting, and consulting services to small-medium size businesses, individuals, estates and fiduciary clients.  His services include tax preparation, consultation on tax and business matters as well as audit representation before the IRS.  In addition he does Income and Estate tax planning and advice. 
 
During his 6 year tenure with the IRS, Nick was a field examiner of corporate, business, individual and fiduciary tax returns, and a member of the instructors’ cadre, involving the training of other auditors in the Philadelphia and DC districts. He was also a member of the Review Staff which involved review of the audits of other revenue agents. After leaving the IRS he was a Tax manager at a regional CPA firm and has also served as CFO of two organizations.

Nick has also delivered frequent public speaking engagements and conducted seminars, and has written various articles on business and tax issues for clients, business groups and employees.  He is also a frequent guest speaker on Comcast’s Money Matters program, a cable TV program covering numerous tax and business topics. 
 
He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) and the PA Institute of CPA's (PICPA) where he is actively involved. He serves on the PICPA Annual Tax Meeting Committee and has previously served on the PICPA Federal Tax Committee. He is also a frequent speaker at the PA Institute of CPAs (PICPA) Annual Tax Forum.
 
Nick is a Board Member of two non-profit organizations.  
           
Nick received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia, and a Master of Arts from Calvary Baptist Seminary in Lansdale, PA.

Nick is married to his lovely wife Susan and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
